In addition, you hereby agree not to use any tools or equipment / hardware for the purpose of interfering with the activity of the Website and/or of Ticketmaster Israel or preventing the execution of a transaction, while loading the Website's infrastructure in an unreasonable manner. Unauthorized and/or unlawful use of the Website of any kind whatsoever, including unauthorized Tickets sale, unauthorized connection or unauthorized use of any tool such as a robot, cobweb, or any other tool is prohibited, and in the event of such use the appropriate searches will be performed and the appropriate legal and administrative measures at Ticketmaster Israel's disposal will be taken by Ticketmaster Israel.
  2. Purchases
    1. A Purchase may be executed through the Internet Website, the Ticketmaster Israel application and the Call center, and such Purchase will be completed by credit card only. In addition Purchases may be executed at Ticketmaster Israels Box Office, by using credit card or cash only.
    2. Ordering and Purchasing Tickets through the Website is for personal use only and Ticketmaster Israel may limit the Tickets amount that may be purchased by one User and/or one credit card, at its sole discretion.
    3. A Purchase of a Ticket will be executed using a credit card which the User is authorized to use. By purchasing a Ticket, the User warrants that he has the proper authorization to use the credit card used to Purchase the Ticket. Whereas the user did not have authorization to use such credit card, Ticketmaster Israel and/or anyone on its behalf will have the right to receive full indemnification from the User for any and all damages of any kind or nature whatsoever caused to Ticketmaster Israel and/or anyone on its behalf as a result of such unauthorized use.
    4. The User must verify when executing the Purchase that he has submitted accurate and up-to-date details. If during a Purchase the purchaser submits incorrect identification details Ticketmaster Israel cannot insure the delivery of the Tickets purchased by the User. Providing incorrect identification details is strictly prohibited pursuant to any applicable law and Ticketmaster Israel reserves the right to take any legal action against anyone who intentionally supplied incorrect identification details.
    5. After verifying the details entered by the User as well as the credit card details and expiration date delivered by the purchaser and after receiving approval from the credit card company to execute the transaction, a Purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the User during the Purchase process within 3 (three) business days of the Purchase date. A Purchase order not confirmed by confirmation email as specified herein will not bind Ticketmaster Israel and the User must contact the Call Center in such event.
    6. Please note that handicapped and/or disabled people who require special care for entering the venue of the Event and/or being located and seated in the venue of the Event, such as - handicapped seats at the front, cannot make a Purchase through the Website and are invited to Purchase Tickets by calling the Call Center.
    7. The right of a User who Purchased a Ticket is to watch the relevant Event for which the Ticket was Purchased and is subject to These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale as well as the terms and conditions specified on the Ticket as well as those specified at the entrance to the venue site, including terms regarding objects and/or equipment that may not be entered to the Events venue (including firearms, cold weapons of any kind whatsoever, bottles, helmets and cans of any kind, foam containers, metal chains, mats, chairs, go-pro cameras, professional cameras and video cameras). The User will have no claim against Ticketmaster Israel for being unaware of all the terms and conditions specified herein and/or on the Ticket and/or at the entrance to the venue site and he must inquire about them prior to the Event.
  3. Pricing and commissions
    1. The Ticket price presented on the Website includes a handling commission for each Ticket.
    2. In addition, if the User chooses to receive the Ticket by mail delivery, charges will be added, according to the delivery option chosen by the User and the delivery price presented on the Event page or on the payment page on the Website.
    3. Ticketmaster Israel reserves the full right to have Tickets sales campaigns for Events of any kind whatsoever and the User hereby declares that he is aware that the price of the Ticket that he Purchases may be higher and/or may contain different rights than a ticket Purchased by the target audience purchasing Tickets under the framework of such sales campaign. If a "points" or "stars" sales campaign is held in connection with any credit card company when the Ticket is Purchased, such information will be delivered to the User upon performing the Purchase, however it is clarified that the billing regarding such points and/or stars will be settled between the User and his credit card company and Ticketmaster Israel will have no part in this and will not be liable for any over-billing in connection with such points and/or stars.
  4. Cancellation of a Purchase by the User
    1. The User may cancel a Purchase by providing Ticketmaster Israel with a written notice within 14 (fourteen) days of the transaction date to the addressYitzhak Rabin Boulevard 7 Rishon Lezion, provided, however, that such cancellation will be made no later than 7 (seven) business days, prior to the Event date for which such transaction was executed. It is clarified, for the removal of doubt, that a Purchase may not be canceled and/or refunded for a Ticket for an Event held less than 7 (seven) business days after the cancellation date.
    2. Whereas a Purchase was canceled pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1above, the User will be entitled to a refund in the amount actually paid by the User, after deduction of cancellation fees for each Ticket in the amount of the lower of: 5% of the Ticket Purchase price or 100 NIS, for each Ticket returned, unimpaired and good condition, to Ticketmaster Israel at the address specified in Section 4.1 above, and pursuant to the amount actually paid by the User for the Ticket itself (without ancillary expenses such as handling and delivery fees). The refund will be executed within 14 (fourteen) days of the Ticket receipt date by Ticketmaster Israel at the address specified in section herein above.
    3. In the event of a Ticket being lost, the User will not be entitled to a refund for the Ticket price and will not be entitled to enter the Events venue without the Ticket.
    4. If the User Purchased a Ticket for an Event that was canceled for any reason whatsoever, the User will be entitled to a refund for a Ticket that was returned to Ticketmaster Israel, unimpaired and in good condition, at the address specified in section 4.1 herein above, and for the amount actually paid by the User for the Ticket itself (without ancillary expenses such as handling and delivery fees).
    5. Without derogating from the above, any cancellation of Purchase will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law"), including regarding products for which no cancellation of Purchase applies.
  5. Cancellation of Purchase by Ticketmaster Israel. Ticketmaster Israel may cancel a Purchase, in whole or in part, without the User being entitled to any refund, or to prevent such cancellation, without the User having any claim and/or demand and/or action against Ticketmaster Israel: (1) if the User violated the Terms of Use and Sale, including if the Purchase was unlawfully executed by the User and/or if any unlawful activity was executed in connection with the Purchase and/or any third party and/or the User and/or any third party intends to commit unlawful activity during the Purchase process and/or (2) if an error occurred while the User was printing the Ticket or if an error occurred in the process of the Users providing data during the Purchase.
  6. Trademarks and Violation of Copyrights
    1. Any trademarks included on the Website, including Ticketmaster and/or Ticketmaster Israel, Ticketmaster and/or Ticketmaster Israel's logos, are trademarks of Ticketmaster Europe Holdco and/or of Ticketmaster Israel, as the case may be. The provisions of These Terms of Use and Sale and/or any other provision appearing on the Website may not be deemed to confer and/or transfer any right whatsoever regarding trade names, trademarks and/or logos.
    2. Ticketmaster Israel is obliged to protect copyrights owners and does so by compliance with the provisions of applicable law in this regard. Messages relating to infringement of intellectual property rights ongoing on the Website should be referred to info@ticketmaster.co.il . Ticketmaster Israel will respond to each such message and will take the appropriate action pursuant to the provisions of the relevant applicable law.
    3. Users uploading articles, images, stories, software or content protected by copyrights are required to verify that uploading such content to the Website does not infringe upon or abuse the rights of third parties (such as the right to privacy). If the holder of copyrights or his representative or any third party notifies Ticketmaster Israel that a User used the Website as a means for violation or unlawful use of any right, and if such violation is determined based upon a decision of the court or admission by the relevant User, or if Ticketmaster Israel suspects or has concerns as to a violation or unlawful use of such sort, it may, pursuant to its exclusive discretion, revoke forthwith the rights of the violating User to access and/or use the Website and Ticketmaster Israel will remove forthwith the violating content and/or the link to such violating content from  the Website.
  7. Downloading. Any downloading of accessories, information and/or files through the Website is made at your exclusive liability, Ticketmaster Israel will not be liable for any damage caused to your computer and/or any other device (mobile phone, tablet etc.) and the information stored on them as a result of such downloading.
  8. Links to the Website; referrals to third parties
    1. Ticketmaster Israel may provide links or referrals to third parties not under the control of Ticketmaster Israel and to Internet websites and/or social networks and/or other portals, files or content owned and operated by other third parties. Such links / referrals may not be deemed a representation or warranty that such Internet websites or those operating them or the content provided in them are endorsed by Ticketmaster Israel and Ticketmaster Israel is not and will not be liable for the availability of such websites or resources and/or to the files and the content provided through such links in the Website or to the services or products accessible through such links. Any claim as to such services and/or resources and/or links should be referred to the third parties providing them. Note that all opinions, declarations, offers and/or any other information presented by such third parties is the exclusive opinion of such third parties and do not reflect the recommendations and/or opinion of Ticketmaster Israel in such matters.
    2. Unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement or by specific consent of Ticketmaster Israel, any link posted on the Website will be executed in the following way: (1) The links  to the website will not suggest, in any way whatsoever, or represent in any way whatsoever, that Ticketmaster Israel is related to any person and/or entity, or that Ticketmaster Israel endorses and/or finances a product and/or service; (2) the presentation, location and any other characteristic of the link to the website will not be such that will impair and/or diminish Ticketmaster Israel's good name and trademarks; (3) any links to the website will only be to the homepage at the Internet address www.ticketmaster.co.il and not to pages inside the website not appearing on the homepage (deep links); (4) A website may not be displayed, by clicking any of the links to the website, within a frame of the website from which the link is being executed, or any website whatsoever. Without derogating from the above, Ticketmaster Israel reserves the right to revoke any such consent at any time whatsoever pursuant to its exclusive discretion.
  9. Sharing Materials on Social Networks. Subject to not infringing upon intellectual property rights of third parties, you may, as part of surfing the Website, by using third party services, share some of the Materials on various social networks such as: Facebook, Twitter etc. (hereinafter: "Social Networks"). Ticketmaster Israel may remove and/or add sharing options through Social Networks pursuant to its absolute discretion. Publication of the Materials on the Social Networks will be subject to the terms and conditions of use of such Social Networks separately from These Terms of Use and Sale, and the sharing User is responsible for compliance with such terms and conditions of sharing through such Social Networks.
  10. Waiver and limitation of liability
    1. In no event will Ticketmaster Israel be liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever as a result of any use of the Website, including (without limitation) surfing the Website for the purpose of receiving information and/or for pleasure and/or for any other purpose and/or for purchasing made in the Website and/or entry to any Event of the Events appearing on the Website and/or anything else related to the Website and/or related to the Event and/or arising from any one of them and/or from using the Website and/or using the Call center. As part of this, you agree, declare and undertake not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process or transfer pictures, photographs, texts, audio and visual images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists or any other information or item available on the Website, in a manner abusive to an opinion or a personal right or other rights and assets owned by Ticketmaster Israel and/or by any third party and not to compete with Ticketmaster Israel directly or indirectly.  Ticketmaster Israel will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss due to error, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, security breaches and/or any other failure of the Website.

    8. Ticketmaster Israel will not have any liability to the holder of the Ticket who was not able to enter the venue because he arrived late, for any reason whatsoever and/or because he arrived after the doors were closed pursuant to the instructions of the security forces.
    9. Ticketmaster Israel will not have any liability to the holder of the Ticket who was removed from the venue due to disruption of public order and/or violence and/or not sitting in the seat provided in the Ticket and/or in any other event where the ushers at the venue and/or the event producers and/or the security company and/or the police decided to remove the Ticket holder from the venue premises.
    10. In any event of contradiction between the provisions limiting the liability of Ticketmaster Israel and applicable law, the relevant provisions will be enforced subject to applicable law or regulation, in compliance with applicable laws while minimizing the liability of Ticketmaster Israel pursuant to applicable law.
  11. Indemnification
    1. You agree and undertake to fully indemnify Ticketmaster Israel, its employees, executives, affiliates, related companies, or anyone on their behalf, for any damage, loss, payment and expense caused to them, directly or indirectly, including attorneys' fees, experts' fees and reasonable legal expenses, in connection with or arising from a breach of These Terms of Use and Sale by you.
    2. You hereby agree to indemnify third parties for any loss caused to them as a result of your unlawful and unfair use of the Website, including use of the Website for the purpose of connecting to another website or uploading content or any other information. You agree, acknowledge and undertake hereby the full liability for any loss caused to Ticketmaster Israel or to any third party as a result of your non-compliance with applicable law while using the Website, without you having any claim against Ticketmaster Israel in this regard, and you agree, acknowledge and undertake to indemnify Ticketmaster Israel for any loss caused to it and for any demand or claim against it as a result of such non-compliance, pursuant to section 11.1 herein above.
  12. Advertising Information / Non-Solicitation. Note that the mere publication of advertising messages on the Website which are unrelated to the products, processes and/or services provided by Ticketmaster Israel does not constitute and will not be deemed a sponsorship, recommendation, support or encouragement on behalf of Ticketmaster Israel in connection with any such advertising messages.
  13. Blocking access to the Website. Without derogating from any other right and/or remedy pursuant to applicable law, Ticketmaster Israel reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice and pursuant to its absolute discretion, to limit and/or block your access to the Website and/or to prevent you from using it, including, inter alia, for any reason or technical malfunction of the Website's operation and/or any violation of These Terms of Use and/or for using the Website (or the services included in it) in departure from the provisions of applicable law and/or morality and/or in departure from These Terms of Use and Sale.  Ticketmaster Israel will not bear any responsibility and/or liability to the Users as a result of discontinuing the services permanently or for shutting down the Website.

Modifications of the Website Ticketmaster Israel may modify from time to time the Website's structure, the services and the content provided on the Website and any other aspect related thereto, without prior notice. Such modifications will be executed, inter alia, taking into consideration the dynamic nature of the Internet and the technological and other changes taking place in it. Naturally, such modifications may entail malfunctions or initially cause inconvenience etc. You will have no claim, demand or action against Ticketmaster Israel and/or anyone on its behalf for such modifications or malfunctions that may occur during the execution of such modifications.
  15. Miscellaneous The laws of the State of Israel will apply to These Terms of Use and Sale and to anything arising therefrom or related thereto, including their interpretation. The competent courts in Tel Aviv - Jaffa will have the exclusive local jurisdiction in any dispute and/or legal question in connection with These Terms of Use and Sale. If it is determined that a provision of the provisions of These Terms of Use and Sale is invalid and/or unenforceable then such provision will be deemed canceled and separate from These Terms of Use and Sale, and will no cause them to be disqualified or become unenforceable. These Terms of Use and Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Ticketmaster Israel in relation to the subject matter thereof, and in addition These Terms of Use and Sale may not be modified in any way whatsoever except as specified in These Terms of Use and Sale. Ticketmaster Israel may transfer its rights and/or obligations, in whole or in part, freely and without limitation pursuant to its discretion. Any waiver on behalf of Ticketmaster Israel in relation to a breach of the provisions of These Terms of Use and Sale will not constitute a waiver in connection with any other breach, be it similar or dissimilar to the breach waived by Ticketmaster Israel.
